Avondale Highline is a 50 unit boutique apartment development just off of Westheimer Road in the heart of Houston’s lively, diverse Montrose neighborhood. With a walk score of 78, there are dozens of restaurants, retail shops, and bars/clubs within a 10 minute walk. This four story podium sits on 0.47 acres and includes a ride sharing pickup/drop off space and built in hanging bike storage for tenant use. The project was completed in early 2020.
